What every product page declares

  • The common name of the garment and the net quantity — one piece, unless the page says otherwise.
  • The retail sale price (MRP), inclusive of all taxes.
  • The name and address of the packer, and the month and year of packing. Where we bag and tag a piece ourselves, that packer is us.
  • The country of origin. Where a piece is imported, the page names the importer instead of the packer.
  • The consumer-care name, telephone number and email address.
  • These are the declarations the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules 2011 require on a tag, and which rule 6(10) requires on the listing as well.

How we order what you see

  • Popular ranks by how many pieces of a style have sold in the last 90 days, and then by how recently it arrived.
  • Newest ranks by when a style first reached our shelves.
  • Price ranks by the price you would pay, low to high or high to low.
  • Search ranks by how well the words match a style's name, design code, category, fabric and the keywords we record against it.
  • Nobody pays us for a higher position, and no style is promoted because it earns us more. Out-of-stock pieces fall to the end or drop out.
