How to complain

  • National Consumer Helpline: you may also register your complaint with the Government of India's National Consumer Helpline — call 1915, or use the NCH app or consumerhelpline.gov.in.

What happens then

  • Within 48 hours we acknowledge your complaint in writing, with its number, and give you a copy of your complaint as we recorded it — on the screen when you send it from this website, on paper when you complain at the shop, and at any time on our complaint page with its number and a code sent to your mobile. These are the time limits the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 set for us.
  • Within 7 days we tell you what we are doing about it. The law gives us one month from the day we receive your complaint to resolve it; we aim to be quicker.
  • If we need something from you — a photograph, the piece itself — we say so clearly and the clock does not run against you while we wait.
  • You can see where your complaint stands at any time with its number.

If our answer does not satisfy you

  • National Consumer Helpline: call 1915, or use the NCH app or consumerhelpline.gov.in.
  • Consumer Commission: you may file a complaint online at edaakhil.nic.in, including with the District Commission where you live.
  • About your personal data: complain to us first, and then to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
