What a price includes

• Every price on this website and every tag in the shop is in Indian Rupees and includes GST.
• The maximum retail price (MRP) shown is inclusive of all taxes, as the Legal Metrology rules require.
• Delivery, and any cash-on-delivery fee, are shown in your bag before you pay.

How you can pay

• Online: UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or wallet, through our payment gateway. The gateway is PCI-DSS compliant; we never see your card number or UPI PIN.
• Cash on delivery, where the courier serves your PIN code. A small fee may apply and is shown before you order.
• At the shop: cash, card, UPI (9725895808-2@ybl), and store credit or a gift voucher if you hold one.

The limit on cash

By law we cannot accept ₹2,00,000 or more in cash from one person, whether in one bill or across a day — section 186 of the Income-tax Act 2025 (formerly section 269ST); the penalty falls on us, not on you. Above that, payment has to be by UPI, card or bank transfer. The same limit applies to cash on delivery, which is cash the courier collects on our behalf. On a sale above two lakh rupees we also have to record the buyer's PAN, or a signed Form 97 (formerly Form 60) where they have none, under rule 159 of the Income-tax Rules 2026 (formerly rule 114B).

Failed payments

• If a payment fails but your bank has debited you, the money comes back automatically — usually within 5–7 working days. Tell us the reference and we will chase it with the gateway.
• We never ask for your PIN, OTP, CVV or password. Nobody from our shop will ever ring you for them.

Your invoice

A GST tax invoice is issued for every sale, carrying our GSTIN, the HSN code of each piece, the tax rate and the place of supply. You receive it with your order and can download it any time from My orders.
