Shipping & Delivery

We pack and dispatch from our own shop in Surat, usually the next working day.

How long it takes

• Delivery normally takes 3–7 days from dispatch.
• Each product page shows the estimate for your PIN code before you order.
• Sunday and public holidays are not working days for our courier.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the PIN codes listed on this website. Enter yours on any product page: if we do not serve it yet, the page says so before you spend any time on an order.

What it costs

• The delivery charge for your order and PIN code is shown in your bag before you pay — there is nothing added afterwards.
• Delivery and any cash-on-delivery fee are part of the taxable value of the goods, so they appear inside the invoice's line values rather than as a separate tax.

Tracking

• We send the courier's name and tracking number by SMS or WhatsApp as soon as the parcel leaves us.
• You can also see it under My orders on this website.

When a parcel goes wrong

• Nobody home: the courier tries to deliver again. If it still cannot, we contact you to arrange it.
• Returned to us: a parcel the courier cannot deliver comes back to us, and the order is cancelled — an online payment is refunded in full to the way you paid, and a cash-on-delivery order has nothing to pay. Any store credit you used goes back to your account, and we let you know.
• Damaged in transit: do not accept it, or photograph the parcel before you open it, and tell us the same day. We replace or refund.
• Lost in transit: we chase the courier, and if it cannot be found we replace the pieces or refund you in full.
• Wrong or missing piece: tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we put it right at our cost.
